Fashionhorde respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website, Fashionhorde will respond expeditiously to notices of alleged copyright infringement that are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent.
As an online retailer operating at fashionhorde.com, we take a proactive stance against the unauthorized use of copyrighted images, text, and designs.
If you are a copyright owner, authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Fashionhorde website by completing a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to our support team.
Upon receipt of the Notice as described below, Fashionhorde will take whatever action, in its sole discretion, it deems appropriate, including removal of the challenged material from the website.
To be processed, your notice must be a formal written communication that includes the following (as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):
Please send all DMCA notices to our designated agent via email to ensure the fastest processing:
Once a valid and complete DMCA notice is received:
If you believe that your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a Counter-Notification. To be effective, the Counter-Notification must be a written communication sent to support@fashionhorde.com and must include your contact information, a description of the material removed, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed in error.
If a valid Counter-Notice is received, the DMCA allows the removed material to be restored unless the copyright owner files a court action against the content provider.
Fashionhorde does not tolerate repeated violations of intellectual property. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate the accounts or access of users, vendors, or contributors who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorney’s fees. Do not make false claims; doing so can have legal consequences.
